Queen Victoria se trouve dans le district de Flacq, sur la rivière Coignard, au sud de la route de Quartier Militaire à Centre de Flacq.Les propriétaire de la sucrerie, donnérent le nom de la reine alors nouvellement régnante. La sucrerie s’arrêta en 1948 et fut centralisée sur Union.
